Kimberly Municipal Complex

Room Rentals
Rooms are available to rent on a first come, first served basis at the Kimberly Municipal Complex for meetings, family socials, showers, etc. 

To view the online calendar for availability and build your user profile, go here!  To complete your reservation, go to Village Hall at 515 W. Kimberly Avenue.

Please note, rooms can be rented a minimum of 10 business days in advance. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before office closure to best allow us to process your reservation. A few things to know as you prepare to complete a reservation:

• What is the date of your event?
• What times will you need access to the room – we schedule door access to the space based on the information you provide.
• You must pay for the Room Rental in full at time of reservation.
• You must have a credit card to place on file for the security deposit. The credit card expiration date must be after the reservation date. 
• The person holding the event must be the one to complete the rental agreement.
